At SH Furniture, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please contact us to begin the process. Exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the balance.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Custom items, special orders, corporate deals, and products that include color changes from the original design are not eligible for exchange.
For exchanges due to a change of mind, a fee of 10% of the item's invoice value will be charged, if the request is approved.

Return Policy
All returns must be approved by SH Furniture before being shipped back. To request a return, please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Custom items, special orders, corporate deals, and products that include any design modifications are not eligible for return.
If a return is requested due to a change of mind, and the request is eligible, a 15% return fee will be charged based on the item's invoice value.

Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue immediately upon delivery, ideally in the presence of the delivery person. Photo or video documentation of the damage or defect is required.
Once the item is inspected and confirmed, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your original payment method after approval.
